RECEPTIONIST- Full Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Receptionist will handle phone calls, patient email requests, manage appointments and documents. In addition they will process payments and insurance requests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records and office documentation.
- Assist with various duties such as faxing, scanning, and direct billing to insurance companies.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure while providing exceptional service
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support the rest of the staff as needed to enhance overall productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a sales role is preferred.
- Familiarity with a physiotherapy or medical office environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST- Full Time
We are looking for a motivated physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team! Our mission is to work with clients in identifying their problems and achieving their goals so that they can Feel Better, Move Better & Live Better.
You will build your caseload easily as we have a good working relationship with the surrounding physicians and communities and have a team focused environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with CPM
- Member of CPA with CPA liability insurance
- Valid CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Be willing to share our values and engage in clinic culture

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST- Full Time

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY- PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSISTANT
If you are looking to gain practical experience in a physiotherapy clinic then this is perfect for you. Duties include, screening patients, assisting patients to their room, prepping the treatment area, laundry, general cleaning the clinic, assisting the physiotherapists with getting hot/cold packs, removing machines from patients, and cleaning the beds after each patient. In addition, you will see our therapists collaborate together to get great patient results!
